Terms of Use Agreement
This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Hotel Vaikunth ("Hotel") and the guest ("Guest") utilizing the accommodation services provided by Hotel Vaikunth. By utilizing the services of Hotel Vaikunth, the Guest agrees to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
1. Accommodation Services:
Hotel Vaikunth provides accommodation services to Guests. The services include but are not limited to provision of lodging facilities, amenities, and other services as agreed upon between the Guest and the Hotel.
2. Check-In and Check-Out Time:
The check-in and check-out time for Hotel Vaikunth is 24 hours. Guests are welcome to check in or check out at any time of the day or night, subject to room availability.
3. Reservation and Payment:
a. Reservations for accommodation and other services can be made through the Hotel's website, phone, or in person.
b. Payment for reservations must be made in advance or as per the Hotel's policy.
c. The Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations at its discretion.
4. Conduct:
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and abide by all rules and regulations of Hotel Vaikunth. Any behaviour deemed disruptive, unlawful, or inappropriate by the Hotel management may result in immediate termination of accommodation services without refund.
5. Liability:
Hotel Vaikunth shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to Guests or their belongings during their stay at the Hotel premises. Guests are responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings.
Guests are liable for any damage caused to the Hotel's property or facilities during their stay. The Hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card provided at the time of booking for any damages incurred.
6. Changes and Cancellations:
Guests may request changes to their reservation or cancel their booking subject to the cancellation policy of Hotel Vaikunth. Any changes or cancellations must be communicated to the Hotel in a timely manner. Hotel Vaikunth reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the User to review this Agreement periodically for any changes.
7. Privacy Policy:
Hotel Vaikunth respects the privacy of its Guests and complies with all applicable data protection laws. Guest information collected by the Hotel is used solely for the purpose of providing accommodation services and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
8. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hotel Vaikunth is located.
By utilizing the accommodation services of Hotel Vaikunth, the Guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Hotel Vaikunth reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes to this Agreement will be effective immediately upon posting on the Hotel's website or other communication channels.
Returns & Refunds policy
REFUND POLICY
This Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for cancellations made by guests of Hotel Vaikunth. By making a reservation at Hotel Vaikunth, guests agree to abide by the terms of this Policy.
1. Refund Eligibility:
a. Guests are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their reservation at Hotel Vaikunth at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
b. Guests are eligible for an 80% refund if they cancel their reservation at Hotel Vaikunth between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
c. No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
2. Cancellation Process:
a. Guests must inform Hotel Vaikunth of their intention to cancel their reservation by contacting the hotel directly via phone, email, or through the booking platform used for the reservation.
b. Cancellations are effective upon receipt and acknowledgment by Hotel Vaikunth.
3. Refund Processing:
a. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed using the same method of payment used for the reservation.
b. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days from the date of cancellation.
4. Non-Refundable Situations:
a. No refund will be provided for no-shows or early checkouts.
b. No refund will be provided for reservations made under non-refundable rates or special promotional offers explicitly stating non-refundable terms.
5. Refund Exceptions:
a. In exceptional circumstances such as natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, or other unforeseen events beyond the control of the guest, Hotel Vaikunth reserves the right to review and consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
6. Amendments:
a. Hotel Vaikunth reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
b. Any changes to this Policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the Hotel's website or other communication channels.
By making a reservation at Hotel Vaikunth, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions of this Refund Policy.
